These terms and conditions apply to use of this website and your products or services from Chikara UK.

Purchases:

Making a purchase is very easy: browse our online store, click the 'Add to Cart' button for any items that you wish to purchase. This is then sent into the shopping basket. At anytime while you are shopping you may click on 'Cart Contents' at the top of the screen to see what you have in your basket. Once you reach the Checkout we will ask you for a few details that are needed to process your order. We accept credit card or debit card payments online. We also accept cheques, in which case allow a few extra days on the delivery time (please make payable to: Chikara UK Ltd, PO Box 496, Exeter, Devon, EX1 9DA).

Delivery:

Our normal delivery is within 3-4 working days. We will email you when your order is shipped so that you are aware that the goods are on their way.

Delays:

Should there be any delay in sending your order will email you a new delivery date, should this not be acceptable to you we will send a full refund.

Shipping:

All products are delivered by the Royal Mail at a small cost regardless of the quantity ordered. The delivery charge will be shown at the check out. For shipping costs to addresses outside the United Kingdom please email us at: sales@chikarauk.com

Returns Policy:

Goods for return should be sent within 7 days of receipt and by Recorded Delivery to: Chikara UK Ltd, PO Box 496, Exeter, Devon, EX1 9DA

VAT Charges:

To make life easy we have included VAT (Where applicable) to all item prices so when you get to the checkout the price you see is the price you pay (excluding the delivery charge).

Guarantee:

All of our products are checked so that you reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event a product is genuinely faulty we will be happy to exchange it or send you a full refund.
